Alison Laredo Photography

Alison Laredo has over 20 years wide-ranging photographic experience mostly gained in London. Over the years Alison has been commissioned by a number of London Borough Councils and by various organisations such as London Irish Women's Centre and SAVE THE CHILDREN to cover conferences, sport and social-photography. Alison ran a successful photography studio in London for many years taking portfolio photos for actors, musicians etc.


Now based in Castlebar Alison has had several photographs in the Streets of London exhibition in the National Museum of Ireland - Country Life, now touring Ireland and the UK. Her portraiture includes work published in Clew Bay Folklore, a collection of Mayo folklore, which was commissioned by Meitheal Mhaigheo.


Alison specialises in contemporary portraiture taken in natural light but with a studio available too.
